Tridev Biosciences was established by Mr. Ravindra and his two sons—Mr. Rohit and Mr. Rahul —each bringing a unique blend of expertise to the company’s foundation and growth:
Mr. Ravindra Kothawade, with over 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, brings deep knowledge of manufacturing operations, regulatory compliance, and quality management. His industry insight forms the backbone of Tridev’s operational excellence.
Mr. Rohit Kothawade, a graduate in Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), leads scientific and technical operations with a hands-on approach and fresh perspective on formulation development and production.
Mr. Rahul Kothawade, a graduate in Information Technology (B.E. IT) and a Postgraduate Degree in Finance, brings modern business intelligence, automation, and strategic leadership—ensuring the company operates efficiently and scales sustainably.
